HOW THE SKUNKS OF THE EARTH CREATED THE A.I.D.S. VIRUS.

Greetings,

It's shameful to think that human beings would introduce such a terrible plague as H.I.V./A.I.D.S. into ANY population, for any purpose. Without any doubt, however, the human skunks and maggots creeping across Earth concocted H.I.V.

Here's how.

The H.I.V. virus was the brain-child of a "Dr. Jonas Salk", the son of Russian jewish immigrants, whose role will be discussed later. European devils, working for the World Health Organization (WHO), introduced Dr. Salk's "creative" polio immunizations to Black African infants, which quickly developed into H.I.V.

Why use an engineered polio vaccine for such a demonic goal?

Polio, like H.I.V., has R.N.A. as it's genetic material, and it is a retrovirus. Retroviruses are known to mutate at extremely fast rates (as the A.I.D.S. virus does). So if an engineered derivative of polio could cause an already weakened or UNDERDEVELOPED IMMUNE SYSTEM to wear itself down by attacking a "polio-like" antigen, an engineered and incurable disease could be introduced in the form of a vaccine.

According to Edward Hooper, author of The River: A Journey Back to the Source of H.I.V. and A.I.D.S., " 'polio' vaccine was given to many children less than one month old, before their immune systems were fully developed."

"Nice work", Dr. Salk.

Additionally, AP Science Writer Paul Recer has noted that a "Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (S.I.V.), almost identical to H.I.V.-1 and H.I.V.-2, was "genetically converted to H.I.V. after a human contracted S.I.V."

Wait, not so fast.

Since both polio and S.I.V. are retroviruses, the mutation was EASILY made to occur when Dr. Salk, conducted his "research" in the 1940s. It's very well known by immunologists that "Salk used chemical and heat treatments to kill polio virus, then injected this mutated virus into patients."

What, may I ask, would have stopped Dr. Salk from mutating S.I.V., during a time when many scientists lusted for the opportunity to develop new biological agents to be used during warfare? How many of you jackasses think that agent orange came from nowhere! Do you really believe a sense of morality guided Jonas Salk to do his "research" on African infants during the 1940s?

PLEASE.

Furthermore, this explains, in part, the EXTREMELY HIGH mutation rates observed in studies of the H.I.V. virus. Polio and H.I.V. have extremely high mutation rates that wear the immune system down. The immune system simply can't keep up with the "new infections", which are really just mutated retroviral R.N.A. and D.N.A.

It's extremely "interesting" to note that, although the FIRST cases of A.I.D.S. are traced to Western Africa during 1950s immunization drives by W.H.O., the OLDEST RECORDED ACCOUNT OF "PARALYTIC POLIOMYELITIS" IS IN AN EGYPTIAN MAN OVER 3000 YEARS AGO.

Isn't it a little "odd" that it took THREE THOUSAND YEARS for so-called "natural mutations" to jump from monkeys to humans, and occured during the 1950s? If the lie, told by the Fathers and Mothers of lies, were true, and the H.I.V. virus evolved by natural means, it quite possibly would NEVER have been discovered.

Think about this for a second. Many diseases on the African Continent manifest A.I.D.S.-like symptoms. Scientists would have thought that African people with A.I.D.S. just had some other disease, and given them some cheap treatment to deal with the symptoms.

In order for H.I.V. and A.I.D.S. to be traced back to the 1950s, someone would have to have known that something "new" was in the disease pool BEFORE THE OFFICIAL DISCOVERY OF A.I.D.S.

On a final note, but certainly not the last note, Jim Moore, an American specialist in primate behavior has documented evidence that "In work camps where "polio vaccines" were introduced, all evidence (including medical records) that the camps existed was destroyed to cover up the fact that a STAGGERING 50% of the local population there were wiped out by an "unknown disease".

So congratulations Dr. Jonas Salk. Your inspiration for later crimes, such as the Tuskegee experiment, will awaken the sleeping masses of people of Color, as soon as the truth becomes a well-known, established fact. I've thoroughly enjoyed my part in doing just that.

However, the will to fight the occupiers, who thirst for oil, came from the most unlikely of places; The poorest of poor citizens of Sadr city decided that they would "live free, or die" and many of them became Martyrs due to their refusal to worship the Western beasts. The time to honor their sacrifice is now, and the man that organized the resistance movement must make his strength manifest in the weak government of Iraq. This man is none other than Muqtada al-Sadr.

The United States realized the value of Muqtada al-Sadr's eventual leadership capabilities in Iraq. They had him cornered in a Mosque in Sadr city, and could have easily killed him. However, for reasons that remain a mystery, they chose not to kill him. As much as the devils lust for oil, they respected Muqtada al-Sadr's previous attempts to for peace treaties with the United States. George Bush couldn't use the international, pro-Zionist media to label him as another terrorist. He and his army simply wanted respect.

Now that the United States is on the brink of economic disaster, the war in Iraq cannot be sustained much longer. Therefore, a strong leader must prevent the European devils from stealing Middle Eastern oil. Muqtada al-Sadr's leadership can insure that the West BARGAINS with Iraq, and does so with respect.

In the months, or years ahead, Muqtada al-Sadr must honor the blood of the Martyrs who fought for the honor of Iraq. They put their hopes in him, and he must not abandoned the blood that they sacrificed in Allah's name.

A STIMULUS PLAN FOR THE " LITTLE " FOLKS.

Finally, it seems as if talk of helping small business owners is brewing in D.C. circles. The timing couldn't be better.

It's no coincidence that various dollar stores and discount outlets immediately surround ANY Walmart, located ANYWHERE. These are the only types of outlets that can compete with Goliath. The "Mom and Pop" economic model will never become a reality unless something is done about this. Here's a simple way that the U.S. Government could begin helping businesses that employ less than 500 workers.

The current Administration should allow businesses that employ less than 500 people to apply for government issued consumer goods discount cards. These cards would, at any time, allow small businesses to purchase food items, and ANY OTHER ITEMS SOLD IN THE U.S. TO BE PURCHASED AT 75% THE PRICE THAT LARGER BUSINESSES PURCHASE THEM. Small businesses could begin to sell the same items that Walmart does at lower prices. STIMULUS MONEY COULD BE USED TO RE-IMBURSE MASS DISTRIBUTION CENTERS FROM WHICH SMALL BUSINESSES PURCHASE THE ITEMS THEY SELL, OR MAKE THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE POSSIBLE.

Similarly, the companies that mass produce consumer goods should be given MAJOR tax breaks for any goods sold or marketed towards small businesses. The end result would be a re-emergence of a "Mom and Pop" store economy, to SOME extent.

The long term goal of implementing these plans should be the creation of "empowerment zones" in inner cities and rural areas; places where inspiring entrepreneurs within communities of color could establish businesses. The creation of another "Black Wall Street", like the one destroyed by whites during the early 1900s, could rebuilt..

In the thriving "Black Wall Street" society, a dollar circulated up to SEVEN times before leaving the community. This self-sufficient society's doctors, barbers, blacksmiths, tailors, bankers, POLICE OFFICERS, teachers, landscape architects, etc., were ALL NEGROES, AND THEY LIVED TOTALLY INDEPENDENT AND SEPARATE FROM NEARBY JEALOUS WHITES. Shamefully, Black Wall Street is little more than a memory, familiar to a few historians, but non-existent to the overwhelming majority of Black people (even Black students at historically Black colleges).

With proper action on the part of the Obama Administration, conscious members of the Black community can separate themselves from Negroes who want to sue their way into Mr. Charlie's swim centers, country clubs, and places of employment. Martin King's dream was a beautiful one, but Marcus Garvey's dream can become the reality that King's contributions made possible.

Your administration is on the right side of history.)

Consider IMMEDIATELY IMPOSING AN AFFORDABLE TAX ON GASOLINE. Use the tax money to form an energy account. Money from this energy account, created by a modest gasoline tax, should be used in the following way : Use money from a government controlled energy account to repurchase gasoline. Each day, literally millions of gallons of gasoline could be purchased using money from an energy account. When the money that accumulates in the energy account (which should be kept private, if legal), and the gasoline repurchased accumulates to some threshold level, BEGIN SELLING GOVERNMENT OWNED GASOLINE BACK TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC BELOW MARKET VALUE, AROUND ONE-DOLLAR PER GALLON OF GAS PURCHASED.

This would immediately leave average citizens with more disposable income in their pockets, income that would stimulate the economy. A NATIONAL SALES TAX LEVIED ON EVERY GOOD AND SERVICE SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF REVENUE THAT WILL EVENTUALLY GET AMERICA OUT OF DEBT. If this tax is spread out in a competent manner, very little changes will affect the costs of goods and services, down to a few extra cents being added to some goods and services. HOWEVER, GOVERNMENT REVENUES WILL GO THROUGH THE ROOF. ALL INCOME COLLECTED SHOULD BE CONTROLLED BY A NATIONAL BANK CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Finally, the increase in disposable income would be greatly increased in the following manner: (1) cease deducting taxes from the paychecks of all workers making under $100,000 per year. The money that these workers keep would add to the amount of goods and purchases consumed, and thus, to the coffers of the U.S. Government. (2) Eliminate private health insurance in the manner previously discussed. Private health insurance elimination would be the biggest tax cut any consumer could wish for. The American people have been trained to think of taxes as being levied only by government. However, since private insurance is mandated by law, it is no different than the taxes the Flat Earth people complain about today.

Discussions of my Solar Energy apparatus are being discussed behind closed doors; I understand this. However, the media is creating the appearance that not much is being done to solve problems that got you elected in the first place. The time is now to begin revealing some of the plans that are going to set the American people free, unless secrecy is an International concern.

The time for "the new politics" and "change" cannot arrive soon enough.

THE SPIRITUALITY OF LANGUAGE, INFORMATION, AND THE D.N.A. OF OUR UNIVERSE.

Arguably, the human mind can be regarded as one of the Universe's most important observatories. The concept of time would have no meaning outside of there being a past, present, and future. In fact, time is (in one regard) the passing of events. Since the past wouldn't be real without some conservation of it that can be examined or studied, neither time or the present would be real if the Universe had no mechanism of conserving time. Simply put, the conserved state of the past is memory. Anything that possesses memory also possesses life. Although Physics does not impose limitations of memory upon so-called "living" things, the diversity and mobility of "living" things make them excellent vessels in which the past is conserved.

The first Law of Thermodynamics states that "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes forms." Since the brain uses electromagnetic energy to configure things we observed or experience through the five senses, memory is a form of energy, and by default, the past is a form of energy as well. Therefore, in order for events that are occurring in the present to be conserved, some metaphysical medium must create a bridge that connects the present to past events. The bridge in question is written language in particular, and spoken language in general.

The evolution of written and spoken language isn't a fluke of nature; Language exists because it is impossible for it to be non-existent. Additionally, it is not possible for languages to become less complex in a Universe that is becoming more randomly organized (according to the Second Law of Thermodynamics). The natural consequence of "balancing things out" is the evolution of more complex modes of communication. The diversity and complexity of language families is a testament to this proposition. Additionally, the advance of computers, and computer languages is greatly increasing the Universe's capacity to evolve.

This leads me up to the direction in which Modern Physics is headed. It would be foolish to assume that the human brain, and computers, are the lone abysses of memory conservation. Arguably the oldest and most sophisticated precursor of human DNA is the DNA of the early Universe; The super string.

The greatest scientific mind amongst the human species is a relatively obscure man named Sylvester James Gates, Jr. I speak with him occasionally (although about two years has past since our last exchange). Not only because he will go down in history as having been today's Einstein, but his tireless efforts to convert what lives inside of his mind into stuff that guys like myself can understand is a wonder unto itself.

Without a doubt, as far as Physics is concerned, it is still a "great time to be alive."

In addition to the aforementioned accolades, Vibe "magazine" was also a Philanthropist. It raised millions of dollars for the National Rifle Association, and promoted entrepreneurship for shady gun dealers. Calvin Klein's market also expanded, because it began selling it's XXXXXX size pants to bony-assed Negroes who normally needed a size X.

Years of success proved to be stressful for Vibe, however. As dumb Negroes became more dumbed down from reading Vibe, they began having "un" civilized wars in Northeastern Urban settings, and in the South, which has a history of violence. Revenues that were once bountiful for Vibe began to be "jewed" by the Prison Industrial Complex. Additionally, a general sense of shame of Black minstrelsy began to resurface, due to a massive onslaught of Internet activism. Jigaboo clowns such as Clarence "Uncle" Thomas, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, Rev. Jackson and Jackson Jr.; Inc., James T. Harris, Bob Johnson, and boot-licking rap clowns such as Souljah boy, T.I., and Lil Wayne became fallen idles in the eyes of the concious Negro community.

Funeral services for Vibe will be held by the tomb stone of Willie Lynch. The commencement address shall have English, ghetto, and ebonics enterpreters available. Additionally, a special monument will be constructed due to generous contributions from B.E.T., and the websites of Black Voices and Bossip, assuming that they don't soon share the fate of Vibe.

DUKE UNIVERSITY'S ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR THE HEALTH INEQUALITIES PROGRAM at the CENTER FOR HEALTH POLICY attempts to sell adopted BLACK boy for sex.

I'll never forget the time a white rapist was given 5 years probation after being CONVICTED of forcing a 10-year-old BLACK boy to have intercourse with him. Yes, this occurred in good ole South Carolina, in early 1991.

Here's the deal.

The cracker that committed this heinous act was a SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. The little Black boy was a third-grade student. He was having SERIOUS ACADEMIC PROBLEMS, because his Father had died unexpectedly. Then, the good principal offered to "tutor" the child after school. The impoverished Mother was doing everything she could do to help her son, and she thought the principal's willingness to help was a "gift from God." After the principal eventually got fired, and was given five years of probation for ruining a little "niggers" life, the Mother openly blamed herself for the entire ordeal. Members of the Black community wrote letters to Ms. Oprah Winfrey, hoping that the exposure she could bring to the situation would get justice for the little boy. However, Ms. Winfrey was too busy giving cars to rich white women during episodes of her show, and she gave the South Carolina field Negro community her fat a$$ to kiss.

Needless to say, the media said as little as they could about this story. I've often wondered what became of the boy (and his white "lover"). Practically all of these people re-offend, so I wonder what Black child became his next victim after his probation of 5 years ended.

Well, well. Guess what folks?

The white media is hoodwinking us again. While all of the tributes to Michael Jackson were occurring, the media conveniently covered up another incident involving the molestation of a Black boy by a white man. Oh, not just ANY white man. Mr. Frank Lombard's little Black "lover" is a BLACK CHILD HE ADOPTED. And Mr. Lombard is DUKE UNIVERSITY'S ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR THE HEALTH INEQUALITIES PROGRAM at the CENTER FOR HEALTH POLICY.

Wait, wait, wait ! It get's worse. Mr. Lombard was busted because he wanted to allow another pervert (who luckily was an undercover cop) to keep the boy in a hotel, where he could have sex with him.

See, this is a perfect example of why folks like myself, lone wolfs on the Internet, are CRUCIAL to providing Black people with information that is pertinent to our community. Yes, whites will talk about what a shame it is (and some will really mean it, to be fair). However, do you really believe they will begin reporting these stories ALOUD and ACCURATELY, rather than under the cover of night? We already don't like watching the news as it is, so being a deceitful ofay is a relatively easy job.

In the end, it's up to us to keep on another informed. However, I wouldn't advise writing to Oprah any time soon.

The problem with healthcare delivery in Canada is AN UNSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF DOCTORS, NURSES, AND OTHER PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE THE NEEDS OF THE POPULACE. The problem has NOTHING to do with everyone being universally covered. The U.S. and Canada simply need to make sure our youth become more competent in science. Then, THE NUMBER OF DOCTORS AND NURSES NEEDED TO PROVIDE QUALITY CARE COULD BE TRAINED. Europeans have used a dichotomy of segregation and stereotyping as an effective way of militarily imposing their will, by force, upon the Middle East. These tactics are inspired for their lust for oil, and the control of drug trafficking ; oh, can you think of a good reason George Bush never ridded Afghanistan of the Opium Poppy population, even though it's WELL KNOWN that this crop supplies NINETY PERCENT of the World's heroine supply ?

Look. If European devils can successfully use corporate media outlets to create a monolithic, negative stereotype of entire groups of people, while simultaneously created a false, benevolent, and patriotic image of themselves, wicked agendas can be carried out with ease. When segregation exists between groups of people, members of each group form their opinions of the groups they are segregated from by watching the media. Worldwide, Muslims have effectively been portrayed as nothing more than suicide bombers and religious fanatics.

Why would the jews and their American puppets do this? Well, when a dumbed down population of people, who EMBRACE false stereotypes of people that they are physically, mentally, and socially isolated from, it becomes relatively easy to gain support for military operations, regardless of how sinister the TRUE motives are.

Does anyone really believe that the tunnels leading from Egypt into Palestine couldn't be destroyed in one day by the jews? Of course they could. However, allowing these tunnels to exist allows Palestinians, who'se homes have been destroyed by jews, and land illegally occupied by jews, to express their justified frustrations by launching homemade rockets into the illegal jewish settlements. Then, due to the false stereotypes created by corporate media types like Fox News, more Palestinians become casualties of jewish/American genocide. After all, they're just killing a bunch of terrorists", in the name of being good patriots, and doing "what the World want's for America, the "Shining light on the Hill", to do (Anyone else remember the lie that we'd be greeted as liberators in Iraq?)

Here's the truth. THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES NOT VIEW AMERICA IN THE WAY THAT AMERICANS THINK THEY ARE REGARDED. AMERICA IS VIEWED AS AN OPPRESSIVE FORCE, AND A NATION OF GLUTTONS, PIGS, AND CROOKS (just pay attentions to the demonstrations observed at EVERY G-8 summit). AMERICANS MUST BEGIN TO THINK OUTSIDE OF FOX NEWS PROPAGANDA!

Finally, military strikes on Iran, planned by the jews in Palestine, have been thrawted. Why? How? Because the blanket stereotypes which suggest that the ENTIRE MIDDLE EAST IS COMPRISED OF A BUNCH OF RELIGIOUS NUTS HAS BEEN DESTROYED! The jews, backed up by America, and the dumb Americans that accept the propaganda coming out of Fox News as being fact have been dealt a serious defeat. People will begin, FINALLY, to question the one sided bullying that has occured in Palestine since 1960. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, Americans will, for once, regard this as a time for self-examination. Rather than looking for the "boogie man" that describes entire groups of people, Black, Brown, Red, and Yellow, we will begin examine the "boogie man" that creates our perceptions, through lies and deciet, using the media.

IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH UNITY, ONE MUST HAVE A QUANTITY OF SOMETHING TO UNIFY.

However, I'm a student of the real World. I'm an avid reader, but I didn't learn about my community by reading books about Black people. Children in the rotting ghettos of the south aren't just people I pass by during an occasional ride through the "wrong side of town"; many of them are people I've taught Chemistry, and tutored in Math. Some are on their way to college, and a few are about to leave college. I don't have children of my own; too many sisters need me to be a Father to their children, and I've worked tirelessly at being a "big brother or Father" to Black youth for almost 20 years now. So I know what works, and what ideas about unification make sense, and which ones aren't worth a dime.

Let's, consider the task of "establishing unity" amongst Negroes, particularly in America. Should EVERY Black person be regarded as being a part a solution to our problems? Hell no! Do you really think the only house Negroes are people who are highly educated, and financially well-off? Hell no! Fathering 6 children with females who don't know anything is public enemy number one, and the brothers doing this ought to form a "Jim Crow" street gang. So, if you think that a man that will sell crack to a pregnant woman is part of the solution, fine. Join forces with him, then watch your efforts to "unify the community" self-destruct.

Oh, don't worry, I'm just getting warmed up. Do you think uniting those Negroes who spent their "Katrina emergency funds" in strip clubs need to be united with freedom fighters? I know, they can be "converted", right? The hell if they can; nobody has ever been converted from anything unless they wanted to be helped, and B.E.T.isn't creating freedom fighters, my friends.

What about these Negroes who care more about who wins N.B.A. championships, than who is starving in Darfur? What about Black folks who care about who wins Idol-show singing contests, but don't know that the Supreme Court voted that inmates have NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO ORDER DNA TESTS THAT MAY EXONERATE THEM FROM CRIMES THEY'VE BEEN CONVICTED OF? Oh, you didn't know about that? That B.E.T. must be something!

And what about the clowns that know how to use a computer to do anything, yet spend three hours a day reading "Bossip" website garbage? They're not even helping their dumb selves, so how in the hell can they come together with people of conscious in the name of anything?

My friends, it's all about separating the wheat from the chafe. Once the weeds and chafe have been filtered out, then you begin to unite what is left.

Guess what? When you "weed-out" the types of people that fall into the despicable categories I mentioned above (which is only the tip of the ice-burg), consider how many people you're left with? Yes, quality ALWAYS trumps quantity, but a handful of angels cannot wage war with a body of made of devils!

Too many people in our communities are satisfied with being the pets of white people. Even Martin King began to realize this before his death. People who own dogs and cats may love them, but they damn sure don't consider them to be their equals. That's why "massas" make dog houses for their dogs. If an Asian brother isn't obedient enough for massa to build him/her a house, that Asian man/women will build his own damn house. All the typical Negro wants to do in these instances is call up Reverend Jackson, and sue his way into massa's doghouse.

It should be obvious that integration has made too many of our people pets, pets who are no more interested in uniting in the name of self-sufficiency than a man in the moon. Therefore, groups of Negroes who posses quality, but are lacking in QUANTITY have no choice other than forming alliances with other people fighting the good fight. All other strategies are doomed for self-destruction.

As sons and daughters of humanity , American people of color, and Europeans who embrace freedom are with you in Allah's name. We thank Allah for your spirit. You have the courage of Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed. The Spirit of truth and justice is pouring out of your spirit.

Because your struggle is noble, the blood of Iran will not color the soil , it has colored your soul, and our souls as well. Every creature of Allah desires to be free. Continue to be strong and patient, and justice will be yours. However, being more just than the slave ruler is not enough. You are already more just. You must be more vigilant.

The slave leaders of history have never been more willing to sacrifice life than the slave. Allah smiles upon the one who's willing to create freedom by sacrificing the freedom inherent in their living body. Images of your freedom fighters have flooded the World. Your spirit has flooded the World, therefore, at this moment, you World is yours.

Please, do not interpret our silence as apathy. Although we want to see our Muslim brothers and sisters free, from jews, gentiles, and fake muslims, the United States cannot make the same mistakes that were made during the Iraq war. George Bush ruined the Arab World, but he didn't ruin the good spirit of Americans that do not have the disease that sickens his mind.

Therefore, in your ultimate quest to be free, sacrifice must be made by Muslim leaders in the countries that surround you. If they remain silent, they are as much of an enemy of freedom as George Bush was. Barack Hussein Obama understands this, and he is carefully contemplating how best to assist your uprising, your revolution.

Today was a great day of hope for the 46 million Americans who are uninsured, as well as the estimated 40 million Americans that are under insured.

For decades, private insurance companies have discriminated against people by denying coverage to people with preexisting health conditions. By providing health coverage to cherry-picked healthy individuals, and allowing unhealthy people to rely on emergency rooms as primary care outlets, the insurance premiums rise for the previously mentioned healthy people. Simply put, insurance policies create a scenario where the insured pay INORDINATELY HIGH INSURANCE PREMIUMS TO PAY FOR EMERGENCY ROOM TREATMENT RENDERED TO PEOPLE WHO ARE UNINSURED. Therefore, the insurance companies REAP ENORMOUS PROFITS, TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE DUMB AMERICAN PUBLIC.

LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER WHITE COLLAR CRIME THAT'S THREATENING TO DESTROY AMERICA, THIS CRISIS HAS BEEN CREATED BY DESIGN.

If a healthy person gets sick, they may receive treatment, but their coverage either decreased or dropped by the insurance company. They then become uninsured, and some other healthy, cherry picked individual is placed on the insurance companies roll. To make matters worse, insurance companies have routinely awarded doctors with as much as $10,000.00 bonuses to cut costs by providing substandard care. Substandard care is made possible by arrangements made with pharmaceutical companies, where cheap, less effective medicine is selectively given to "certain people" to keep costs low.

YOU WILL NEVER HEAR THIS ON THE FOX " NEWS " FINANCIAL SHOWS !

The important thing to remember is this ; ANYONE WHO OPPOSES A GOVERNMENT OWNED INSURANCE COMPANY REAPS FINANCIAL GAINS OFF OF THE CURRENT CORRUPT SYSTEM. THE PEOPLE YOU SEE ON FOX " NEWS ", WHO ARE PART OF THE LARGER CORPORATE STRUCTURE, HAVE MASTERED WHAT I CALL "MATHEMATICAL PARASITOLOGY." They never create anything, and don't want real jobs ; they simply want to use clever mathematical schemes to blood suck money from people who invest money into corporate America.

Our only savior is Neo-Socialism. Not the Socialist System that failed the former Soviet Union, but an extension of the hybrid Socialist and Capitalist system that we already have. Fire fighters, university researchers, the Centers for Disease Control, police and ambulance services, public schools, THE MILITARY, the Courts, and many other entities are Socialist in nature. THEY ARE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT. As soon a the dumbed down American public realizes this, the Neo-Socialist agenda hinted upon by President Barack Hussein Obama earlier today will be unstoppable.

Private insurance will eventually be eliminated in the following way. The government, by eliminating the trickery I mentioned above, will make it impossible for the private insurance companies to compete. Even if they clean up their act, WE WILL STILL LOWER PREMIUMS TO A POINT THAT THEY CANNOT. THIS WILL CAUSE THE INEVITABLE DEMISE IN PRIVATE INSURANCE.

Ultimately, sales taxes will be used to raise the money needed to create a government insurance company. Everyone will have affordable insurance, because the government owned insurance company will create low premiums that no private company could provide to consumers. Small business owners will have NO PROBLEMS providing insurance to their employees.

Since all THREE HUNDRED MILLION Americans will be paying small premiums, and/or sales taxes, and incremental property taxes, THE SOCIALIST NATIONAL BANK OF AMERICA (or whatever Barack decides to call it) will be overflowing with money. Doctor's offices and hospitals will continue to be run privately, with a health CZAR monitoring private businesses for deceptive tactics that some may use to reap unearned profits.

Some of the money above can be diverted to deficit reduction. Other reductions will become inherent with a healthy population. Any other necessary funds will easily be raised by continuing to tax corporate wealth, and the top 2% of wage earners, as was done during the great Clinton Presidency.

A FEW GOOD MEN , BLACK MEN , IS ALL WE NEED.

Greetings, family and friends alike. ( While I'm at it, I might as well say " hello " to all of you devils as well. )

Family and friends, your homie is depressed. I've recently begun using Facebook to track down former friends, many of whom I haven't seen since my teen years. Along the way, I've met many other people who read this website. Brothers are being Brothers, and Sisters are being Sisters, and I'm right at home mixing it up with them. However, a terribly depressing thought helped me understand a pattern of behavior many of the Sisters engage in.

Most of the Black women begin their day talking with other Sisters about things they plan on doing with their children. Their confidants often have two or three children of their own, so their comradery is tight. From time to time, the Sisters post various pictures of their BEAUTIFUL Black children for everyone to see. I never thought much of this beforehand ; In fact , I enjoy taking a peep into this side of these lady's lives. I failed, however, to properly interpret the true motive of their doing this. The subtle message being conveyed by the Sisters TO THE BROTHERS is this: I HAVE THREE CHILDREN, BUT I'M STILL WORTHY OF BEING SOMEONE'S COMPANION, GIRLFRIEND, OR PERHAPS, SOMEONE'S WIFE.

Isn't this something ?

The desperate situtions that so many "baby's daddies" are leaving their "baby's mothers" and children in make me furious , and I'm about to write something that many of you wont like. However, I don't really care about other people's opinions regarding what I'm about to say, because I know I'm right. EVERY SINGLE BROTHER WHO HELPS CREATE A CHILD, BUT NEGLECTS TO BE A PART OF THEIR CHILD'S LIFE SHOULD BE STERILIZED, INVOLUNTARILY ! (Under the right circumstances, this applies to some Sisters, too).

Did you get that ? Do I need to type what I stated above once more ? Our community is in a virtual, circular firing squad ! If the most vulnerable women in our communities can't count on the " men " that father their children to love their children , how can our communities survive over the long haul ? If we're destroying ourselves from within , and our age-old enemies are destroying us from the outside, we're doomed ! As Black men, we need to desire to be with our OWN women AND children, as much as most Black women desire to be with us, exclusively.

Look at how Brother Barack Hussein Obama's life turned out. Is our First Lady elegant, or what ? President Obama could have easily "knocked" Michelle Obama up , then peeled , because he could afford child support ( like a certain former Chicago Bulls basketball house Negro did ). But he didn't, AND YOU BEST BELIEVE THAT THIS BROWN BEAUTY WILL HAVE HIS BACK THROUGH THICK AND THIN ! In fact , as far as my life experience is concerned , darker skin = greater quality of character (This is coming from a lighter toned brother, for those of you who don't know me, personally).

If you were to look into the family history of every person of Color who's incarcerated, male or female, you'd see another depressing pattern. From day one, their "father" was the invisible man. Out of desperation for the company of some other Black Man's companionship, Mom eventually gave birth to more children. Then, she found herself all alone, because "father" number two and three became "invisible men" themselves. Mom began to direct her affection towards her children, but she made the mistake of becoming her children's best friend. Mom allowed her young Sons to hang out all night, even though they were only 13 and 14 years of age. Their daughters became impregated at age 15 , but because Mom suffered so much over the course of her life , she declared the birth of the grandchild as a day of celebration (with the teen father missing in action, of course).

The Son grew tired of seeing his Mother receive nothing on her birthday, or on Christmas, because she always went out of her way to get him, them, a little something. He began to put groceries in Mom's refrigerator, shower her with gifts on her birthday, and on Christmas, and he became Santa Claus to his sisters/brothers as well. Where did he get the money to do this ? Take a wild guess.

Eventually Mom, who's now 30 ( and looks 50 ), got a telephone call from jail, or a knock on the door in the middle of the night. She found out that Jr. would be going down the road for 20 or 30 years, soon. Or worse, Jr. would be six feet under, in a cold, dark grave in a couple of days. In the meantime, the white cracker "justice for just us" system would let a white child molestor, who's spent a year in jail out, and in goes the Negro for 10 years, 15 years, or for life, into the prison industrial complex.

One thing should be obvious ; WE WILL NEVER HAVE THE POWER TO GET OUR ENEMIES OFF OF OUR BACKS UNTIL WE REJECT THE BARBARIC EUROPEAN VALUES THAT WERE INDOCTRINATED INTO US, WITH THE LASH, AFTER WE WERE BROUGHT HERE. It is our duty as Black men and women to reclaim the morality that existed within our communal family structure BEFORE we survived the Atlantic middle passage. We must slowly irradicate the barbaric European culture that's been imposed upon our formerly unlearned people. Black women with good morals must ALWAYS be the FIRST choice of Black men, and vice versa for Black women. Then, Negros will be much more than people with shiny cars, and shiny rims (and empty bank accounts). Reclaiming our strong, African family value system will enable us to destroy ANY devil that attempts to stop us from reclaiming our rightful place, at the top of the food chain in the family of man.

The United States is at an economic crossroads. Before we continue navigating into unknown territory, it would be wise for all of us to take a deep breath, and embrace simplicity. Taking complex facts and figures, and reducing them to relatively simple tools used to solve problems is like solving a jigsaw puzzle, or crossword puzzle, or painting a picture. The goal of solving all problems is to identify the overriding schematics, then craftily fill in details later. Additionally, problems must be solved by assigning appropriate priority to the steps necessary to solve a problem.

Despite what members of the Republican Flat-Earth Fraternity believe, tax cuts cannot solve ALL of our problems if they're enacted in a vacuum. Right wing ideologues believe the following: The cure for A.I.D.S. is a tax-cut. The cure for cancers are tax-cuts. Time travel is a form of a tax cut. The people who got us into this mess are NOT to be listened to, and their "ideas" are to be ignored.

There's only one way to get us out of our economic crises: Raise NATIONAL SALES TAXES, ELIMINATE INCOME TAXES (BELOW $100,000.00/year), ELIMINATE PRIVATE INSURANCE BURDENS, and reduce targeted government expenditures.

One of the largest (NON-GOVERNMENT) taxes, involuntarily imposed upon the American people, is the obligation of individuals and small businesses to purchase private health insurance for themselves and/or their employees. Additionally, tax withdrawal from employees accomplishes nothing of value to society. THEREFORE, ELIMINATION OF PRIVATE INSURANCE BURDENS (IMPOSED BY LAW) FROM SMALL BUSINESSES, AND INVOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY FROM THE PAYCHECKS OF INDIVIDUALS MAKING LESS THAN $100,000.00/year will greatly increase the immediate spending power of the majority in America ! A GOVERNMENT OWNED INSURANCE COMPANY, WITH INDEPENDENT OVERSIGHT, IS THE ONLY FORCE THAT WILL PREVENT THE WALL STREET MAGGOTS THAT GOT US INTO THIS MESS FROM EVER REGAINING THE POWER THAT WE HAVE TAKEN FROM THEM !

Now, in order for increased spending power ( MADE POSSIBLE BY ELIMINATING THE AFOREMENTIONED BURDENS ON AMERICAN CONSUMERS) to help lower the deficit (priority NUMBER ONE), NATIONAL SALES TAX revenues must be imposed upon goods and services purchased by the American consumer. The number crunching should start with how large the deficit is. WE must get rid of President Obama's "Geithner" slave, because it is obvious that he's in over his head. Once a sober five to ten-year assessment is made about deficit growth, these figures should be used to determine how much tax money will be needed to offset this growth over time. THE MONEY NEEDED TO OFFSET THE DEFICIT, OVER A TEN-YEAR PERIOD, SHOULD DETERMINE HOW MUCH EVERY CONCEIVABLE GOOD AND SERVICE SHOULD BE TAXED. Sickness and disease infringe upon the rights of healthy people, so taxes on some goods should be proportionally higher than others. People making above $100,000.00 shall be taxed using an incremental scheme, and corporations will pay taxes, and investors will pay taxes on dividends, as usual. Property taxes shall also continue, as will the Estate tax.

Now, you'd have a situation where businesses no longer have the involuntarily imposed PRIVATE INSURANCE BURDEN of providing health care to its employees. Employees making less than $100,000.00 would take home EVERY DIME OF MONEY THEY EARNED EACH PAYDAY. THE I.R.S. COULD BE DESTROYED, AND TAX REVENUES COULD BE DIRECTED INTO A NATIONAL, GOVERNMENT OWNED CENTRAL BANK, WHO'S AFFILIATIONS ARE CLOSELY TIED TO A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE COMPANY.

Now, with an unprecidental amount of money going into government coffers, the American people could be freed from the scandalous deeds of the devils on Wall Street. Independent oversight of a government Czar will ensure this. Decisions about how to pay down the debt would be made significantly easier. HOUSE NEGROES IN HIGH PLACES ; HOW THE INACTION OF BLACK CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS MAKES VOTES CAST BY THEIR CONSTITUENTS OBSOLETE.

SHORTLY, THIS MESSAGE WILL BE PRESENTED TO BLACK LAWMAKERS IN CONGRESS. WILL THEY INTRODUCE A BILL ADDRESSING THE ORGAN DONOR SHORTAGE? PROBABLY NOT, BUT IT'S WORTH A TRY.

Greetings, esteemed members of the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus.

In the past, a book was written by Adam Smith, titled " The Wealth of Nations. " Adam Smith argued that greed is like an invisible hand that has the power to transform the lust for money into a force, beneficial to the common good. Greed would inspire competition, the " producer class ", out of greed and self-interest, would compete with others in the "producer class" by offering their goods for lower prices. Inevitably, this would be a great blessing to the " consumer class. "

Unfortunately, trickle-down economic theory (which helped create the two greatest budget deficits in U.S. history (#1) George W. Bush, and (2) Ronald Wilson Reagan), can easily be proven to be nothing more than a fantasy, embraced by the ignorant. However, since this open letter concerns the Organ Donor shortage, a discussion about the flaws of the " trickle down economic theory " described above is a discussion for another time. However, a " snippet " of this theory can be used to solve the ever growing shortage of viable organs needed by people in need of immediate transplants.

The solution to the aforementioned problem is relatively simple. A Bill should be introduced, proposing that organ donors be given the choice of DONATING THEIR ORGANS TO OTHER ORGAN DONORS. If a person is not an organ donor him/herself, their eligibility to receive the organ transplants FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED DONORS would be severely limited. The increased supply of viable organs needed for transplantation would reduce hospital stays by countless millions of people as years pass by. By default, the cost of providing quality health care would decrease, because more energy could be directed at disease prevention and/or cure during early (rather than advanced) disease states.

What nobility would exist in introducing such a Bill?

If a Bill of this type became Law, many, many more people would sign up to become organ donors for themselves and their children. With certainty, the numbers of people who sometimes die waiting for organ transplants would decrease.

It would bring me great pleasure, and personal satisfaction, if such a Bill, with such powerful social implications for the welfare of society, were introduced by people of Color. I hope you will convene, one with another, to see that such a Bill is introduced into Congress.

LIFE AFTER DEATH ; WHAT HUMAN DEATH CAN TEACH US ABOUT ABORTION.

The discussion of abortion is a hot topic. Ultimately, it challenges notions of what constitutes life, life's origins, it's beginnings, and if existent, it's end. For moral reasons, I abhor abortion. As a realist, I'm slightly pro choice, only because I believe that a period of transition needs to occur before abortions are limited to sparing the life of a pregnant woman. The failure of our society to integrate personal responsibility into teachings about condom usage, birth control, and adoption contributes to the staggering numbers of young girls and women who engage in irresponsible sexual behavior. However, these are my personal views. Today's post has a higher purpose ; I will attempt to address some of the philosophical conundrums that make this topic so delicate.

Is life CREATED at the point of conception ? No. The First Law of Thermodynamics states that "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it only changes forms. " The sperm and egg cells that join together to create a fetus are alive. They contain a form of energy called "information" in the form of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), genetic instructions for the development of a fetus. If life began at conception, this would violate every single scientific principle in existence. The computers we use, the plants we eat, the cars we drive, and the entire Universe exist due to this principle. Therefore, it is more accurate to say that, at the point of conception, one form of life CHANGES into another form.

So, does a fetus die when it is aborted ? No. This would constitute the destruction of energy, which also violates the First Law of Thermodynamics. Therefore, if an aborted fetus lives on in some capacity, in what form or dimension is it's energy/information conserved ? This question may best be answered by examining what happens (in general) to fetuses that come into the World, and join the family of mankind.

When we learn to speak during childhood, we associate words with visual images and sensory experiences. Therefore, speech is the conservation of observation ; observations that are stored as electromagnetic information deposits within the brain. All of our observations go through a period of gestation, LIKE THAT OF A GROWING FETUS. Over time, these thoughts mature (hopefully), and guide our actions. Other people observe our actions, and learn from them, and we observe the words and actions of others, and likewise, are influenced by them. This is how we become a part of people that we influence, and likewise, this is how people who influence us become a part of us.

Simply put, humanity is a superhighway of advancing energy, information, and observation, flowing forward via the passage of genetic information, art, language, writing, and culture. However, one element of these truths has yet to be elaborated upon ; the intensity of the information that emanates from within us. The intensity of our personalities is directly proportional to the information we possess, made manifest through our actions or inaction, our words, deeds, or our silence.

An aborted fetus does NOT die, yet its ability to become others, and others to become it, and contribute a cultural gene pool, is limited to the emotional impact of the mother, and how others regard abortion. The aborted fetus physically dies, but its impact upon thoughts, information, emotion, attitudes, thinking, and cultural impacts are conserved, in perfect agreement with the First Law of Thermodynamics.

The minute we are born, our bodies begin to die, but what is conserved of us after we return to our ancestors is determined by our deeds ; How they affect others, for better, or for worse.

THE SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION THAT CAN SAVE G.M. , AND FOSTER U.S. ENERGY INDEPENDENCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANLINESS.

NOW THAT WE (THE TAXPAYERS) OWN G.M. , WE MUST USE UNFORESEEN TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES TO MOVE FORWARD. HERE IS A TEMPLATE FOR ELECTRIC CAR DEVELOPMENT, AND ENERGY INDEPENDENCE.

Consider this.

A LARGE, concave reflecting-mirror is used to focus a sun spot upon the bottom of an iron container of water. The aforementioned container is situated above a large reservoir of water.

Two tubes are attached to this container; one is directed towards a turbine that is shaped like a cone. The inside of the cone has spirals that will make it spin when compressed steam moves through it.

The other tube would descend a hundred feet or so into the water reservoir below the aforementioned boiler.

Additionally, the cone, through which compressed steam moves (created by the iron chamber that's heated with condensed x-rays from the sun) would have a magnet attached to it. The magnet would be surrounded by copper coils. When compressed steam moves through the magnet/cone projection, it's spin would induce an electric current in the copper wiring.

There is a problem that must be addressed, however; How would the tremendous amount of pressure created by the solar steam chamber be directed through the cone, instead of down the vacuum tube that supplies the resevoir of the solar apparatus with water? The force of gravity opposing the upward flow of water from below, and into the steam chamber, must also be neutralized.

In other words, the aforementioned motor would need assistance from other devices in order to function. Other "green" devices offering such assistance can be constructed as follows.

Rotation devices could be placed offshore, slightly beneath the waves, but near the shore. At night, when water waves and currents are high, these turbines (designed to revolve in one direction, only) also spin in proportion to the magnitude of the tide, and magnetically create electricity in the manner described above. This electricity could supply electrical energy to rechargeable batteries inside of a large electric motor. The electric motor, thus, would be a crucial component of the solar apparatus.

Additionally, rotation devices could be set up ABOVE the water's surface, and harness the power of the wind to supply energy to the aforementioned motor, and batteries. Then, during the daylight hours, the electric motor could work in conjunction with the boiler apparatus to overcome the energy barriers mentioned above. Solar panels could supply additional electrical energy to this system.

We would now have a turbine being turned by compressed steam, created by "free" energy from the sun. The electricity can be directed through power lines other destinations. This system would be an excellent source of electricity, used to light homes, and supply power to electric cars that are designed in the following manner.

HOW THE MOST EFFICIENT SOLAR CARS SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED.

Electrical energy from the aforementioned "green apparatus" could charge two rechargeable batteries, placed side-by-side, within an electric car. One battery would be used to propel the motor into rotation. Electromagnetic pistons would be a critical component of the motor (Keep in mind that magnets may be aligned in such a way that their poles either are attracted to, or REPELLED by other magnets.).

The other battery would be used to create repulsive magnetic forces inside of piston-sockets. The pole of the sockets would be magnetized so, at the right moment, they would repell the magnetic pistons that descend into them as the motor rotates. The repulsive magnetism in the piston sockets would be induced ONLY AFTER THE MAGNETIZED PISTONS HAVE DESCENDED FULLY INTO THE PISTON GAP!

Remember, ONE rechargeable battery would drive the electric engine. The other rechargeable battery would be connected to the piston-gap apparatus. The piston-gap could easily be constructed in a way that allows the battery circuitry (and thus, the repulsive electromagnetic forces within the piston-gap) to be "opened" and funtional ONLY when the poles of the electromagnetic pistons have FULLY descended into the gap, as mentioned above.

When a driver presses the accelerator on such an automobile, a proportionally increasing current could increase the repulsive force within the sockets, at the appropriate time, causing the car to accelerate forward.

Once the car is moving, the spin of the cars wheels could be used to charge up a third battery. Once fully charged, the car would run on the rechargeable batteries mentioned first. Once they "run out" of energy, the operator could select to use the third battery.

Additionally, they could press a switch which then allowed the "dead" battery to be recharged by the turning wheels of the car, when it's in motion. In this way, efficient, electrically powered automobiles could be produced.

HOW TO OVERCOME DIFFICULTY IN THE MIDST OF REJECTION.

I feel sorry for those who've never struggled. I feel sorry for those who regard sacrifice as foreign. However, as far as the long ladder to success is concerned, for feel most sorry for those who mismanage rejection. Rejection is a force that can destroy a child's dreams, damage an adults pride in hard work and ethics, and inflame loneliness and depression of the elderly. Therefore, since rejection is inseparably intertwined with living a normal life, it is wise to know how to deal with rejection. If being rejected ultimately makes one stronger, the long ladder to economic, professional, and mental excellence will shatter under it's own weight.

Around two years ago, I was presented with the opportunity to do something that I would have cherished more than anything I've ever done over the course of my life; I was notified that the graduating class at one of Atlanta's fine HBCU's wanted me to deliver their commencement address. Outside of my knowledge, faculty and students alike read my website on a regular basis.

Quite naturally, you ( like I ), still wondered why someone relatively unknown would be bestowed with such an honor. Ever heard the expression that " someone is always watching you, so behave accordingly. " Well, in addition to monitoring the content of this website, an Atlanta Hawks basketball legend told the institution about a fundraiser we participated in. To the faculty and staff, I became a guy with whom they'd like to chat with, after downing a cocktail or two ( don't worry fam. , I won't drop any names, LOL :0) But to the students, I had become the older brother that many of them wished they had, or had lost somehow or another. However, a turncoat Uncle Tom stabbed me in the back.

Sambo had also monitored my website, because students were using what they read to intimidate this " brother " in classroom debates. My " brother " was a pacifist, but the young generation isn't going for that; why march when you can start a revolution. Not a crazed, civil war type revolution ( not yet :0). A person who is the first in their family to attend college can start a revolution through entreprenuership, by teaching in the inner cities, or by offering nursing services in a clinic, or building a retirement home for our elderly. THAT'S REVOLUTIONARY !

So Professor "Tom" proceeded to voice his " fears " and objections to any discussion of allowing me to speak at this fine university. His concerns, if genuine, would have been valid. It wouldn't be appropriate to deliver a commencement speech about white devils, jigaboos, etc. Instead, something uplifting would be appropriate. Saying something appropriate and uplifting is what I intended to do, and I let this be known to the college's president, community folks, etc. I elaborated, in jagged edge detail, what I'd say if I received such an honor. People in power went from being lukewarm about allowing me to speak to being excited and enthusiastic. They wanted to surprise the students by telling them that their wish would be granted. Then, as I suspected, Professor "Thomas" began to show his true color ( not black ). THIS NEGRO BEGAN TO TELL OUTSIDERS ABOUT THE IMPENDING CLIMATE OF NATIONALISM ON CAMPUS. HE EVEN BEGAN TELLING " CERTAIN PHILANTHROPIC INDIVIDUALS " ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.

Well, when one-too-many people began to take this clown seriously, they voiced " concerns " to people in power at the college, and outside of the college. They began to fear that philanthropic scholarships would decrease. So rather than stir up the bee's hive, I reluctantly let it be known that I would not be available to speak. Naturally, this occured well in advance of the commencement, and some pacifist person from a large church in Atlanta eventually delivered a very forgettable address.

Did this experience punk me out, and make me put my tail between my legs? HELL NO ! It transformed me from being a cub, and I became a Lion instead. When " Hill " Billy Clinton, and that coon, Bob Johnson, were trying to ruin Barack's run for the presidency in my backyard, I went to work. I OVERCAME THE REJECTION I'M WRITING ABOUT BY SEIZING THE MOMENT. I spoke at over a dozen churches across the state, encouraging my people to get out and vote. THE BLOOD OF MEDGAR EVERS WAS CALLING UPON US ! And we responded to his voice.

Barack won in my backyard. Not during the National election, of course. The crackers around here weren't having that happen. Not on their watch. After Barack won, McCain/Palin bumper stickers were replace with bumper stickers that read " First to secede, last to change. " Nope, South Carolina's post-racial folks aren't so post racial. However, the Negroes around here remained ecstatic. In the face of increase racial profiling by the cops ( didn't think it could get worse ), workplace reprimands and firings, and nasty gazes from stranger, we stood strong.

Many of those people that you saw on television screaming " Yes we can ! " after Barack won were people that I'd spoken to in the churches I mentioned. So I'd like to thank Mr. Tom in Atlanta for forcing me to face rejection; It thoroughly prepared me for a higher calling, and rejection can prepare others for their higher callings as well.

A hate crime, also known as a bias crime, is committed against a person, property, or society when motivated, in whole or in part, by the perpetrator's bias against the victim’s race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin.

The Department of Justice has initiated an investigation into the beating and death of Luis Ramirez, and we urge that federal civil rights charges be brought against the defendants recently acquitted in a local prosecution of major charges for their part in Ramirez’s death.

The brutal beating of Luis Ramirez began when one of the four perpetrators yelled racial epithets at Luis, and ended with these same individuals shouting, "tell your [expletive] Mexican friends to get the [expletive] out of Shenandoah or you’ll be [expletive] laying next to him." Evidence and testimony surrounding the beating and death of Luis Ramirez demonstrate that the defendants’ actions in the beating were motivated by Luis’ national origin.

The Department of Justice should bring a federal prosecution based on the existing facts to vindicate a substantial federal interest, which is a separate federal offense even when based on substantially the same acts considered in the prior state proceeding. MALDEF believes that the prerequisites to the federal prosecution are met here since under the clear facts it is aware of: (1) the defendants’ violent acts were motivated by their bias against Luis’ national origin; (2) the prior prosecution in which the accused were acquitted unquestionably left the interest unvindicated; and (3) the defendants’ conduct is a federal offense.
